Alberto Campo Baeza

This small preschool center with only four classrooms is added, as an annex to the 1983 public school. A lineal scheme binded to the lateral retaining wall is elected, opening the classrooms to the south, to the sun. Each of the elements are volumetrically independent -each function with its own form- and attach to the corridor which communicates them. The rectangular bathroom cores and the cylindrical entry hall are enclosed with glassblock.

The new construction is intended to have a certain neutral quality with respect to the larger school which presides over the general composition, thus the same constructional elements and the same materials are used.
