In this proposal a white architecture is chosen which was thought to be the most appropriate in this Andalusian city.
The entire building is contained by a general structure which defines a singular volume; shaping it, emptying it, to comply with building codes and to resolve the crowded program.
The scheme responds to the city spaces with different scales. A grander scale for the facade which faces the palm treed square, materializing with the structure which contains the courtyard. A smaller scale to the street, with a simple facade of flush windows. On the interior, the small dimensioned building accommodates the extensive program, opening to the more singular spaces, like the roof-top terrace, or the more transparent ground floor.
