2025 JANUARY, CONFERENCE IN THE UNIVERITÀ DEGLI STUDI DI FIRENZE

Alberto Campo Baeza gave a lecture on his work at the Universitá Degli Studi Di Firenze at the invitation of Professor Matteo Zambelli.
Presented by Professor Paolo Zermani, the lecture ‘Cercare la Bellezza’ took place in a hall full of students and with a great atmosphere. Professor Campo Baeza took the opportunity to present his latest works, including the Altarpiece of the church of La Milagrosa in Madrid.
At the end, following the comments on beauty as the splendor of truth that Campo Baeza had explained by Plato, a student asked: “and what is truth?”. Campo Baeza, instead of resorting to the dialogue between the Lord and Pilate in the litostrotum, turned to the Italian philosopher C. Caselli who said, or rather sang. La veritá mi fa male, lo só which provoked a smile from the audience and a loud applause that closed the act.
