TELEFÓNICA TOWER DONATION

Alberto Campo Baeza has donated the model of the project for Telefónica, designed in 1999, to the Royal Academy of Fine Arts. The Tower, which was to be located in the Las Tablas district in the north of Madrid, should have housed the company’s headquarters, but the attack on the Twin Towers in New York in September 2001 led Telefónica to abandon this proposal.
