1983 Public School, Madrid
Situated on a hilltop on the outskirts of town, the last volume of the semi-industrial zone, the building is intended to crown the existing constructions. The use of a gabled roof and the maximum economy imposed by the client, were resolved in an enormously compact building which appears as a steamer upon the sea of sown fields that surround it. The strong image is easily recognized.
